it’s getting really old
usually about once a week i’m still awake at the wee hours of the morning staring at the tv or my laptop. why?
my guess is two things in my life that are keeping me from sleeping well and these need to change sooner rather than later. this first it caffeine. the second exercise. i thought i had curtailed my caffeine intake pretty well, but these ultra late nights are still happening more than i would like. today i had coffee but it was well before noon that i was finished, but i guess the tripple shot was enough to put me over the edge no matter how early it was. so it’s time to take the plunge into complete caffeine-free-ness.
the second is my need to rid myself of lethargy and move, daily. even if it’s only a mile or two. walking, biking, running, something.
so there you go, that’s the plan. it wil also make dawn happier too because she really doesn’t like it when she wakes up in the middle of the night and i’m not there. for the record, i don’t like it either.
